Operation Catnip

Operation Catnip was founded in Raleigh, North Carolina in 1997 as an all-volunteer organization dedicated to reducing the feral and free-roaming cat populations through sterilization.

A note about Operation Catnip®: Please help Operation Catnip work toward its mission of reducing the feral cat population by bringing us only feral and unowned/unfriendly strays. We do not spay and neuter personal pets or cats that are to be adopted by some to become personal pets.
